Brunches is a private company, founded on the principles of paying our workers a fair pay for their serving our customers to the very best of their ability. We pay our staff as much as we can afford, not as little as we can.

All our production staff must also be prepared to make deliveries or another way of looking at it, all our delivery staff must have a sense of responsibility for the food they are delivering.

Foodservices and catering is all about high quality food and excellent people service, without that, our customers will stop go elsewhere and our business will suffer. We are therefore very careful in selecting passionate capable chefs, sales and support staff who are able to serve our customers with the right level of commitment when at work. In turn we will commit to our staff.
