How Does it Work
Ordering food to be delivered is quick and easy with Corporate Catering. Simply make your menu selection, choose the number of servings, add your menu selections to the basket, then go to the checkout and finally pay for the order.
We will then confirm your order and deliver your selections to your table the next day.
Important Ordering Information
Orders must be placed Monday to Friday by 4pm on the day before delivery (so by 4pm Friday for Monday delivery) in order for our chefs to plan and custom prepare for your next day delivery.
The online ordering system may reject orders placed after this time. Once you have registered, all of your Account, Order history, Invoices, and other key information will be available when you.
Please ‘Save’ your orders if you are not certain of confirming them. Only ‘Confirm’ orders when you are certain the Corporate Catering service you are ordering is needed.
Should you need to delete your ‘Saved Order’, this is done easily in the ‘Saved Order’ section.

Once an order is ‘Confirmed’ you cannot cancel it online and so you must contact Customer Care.
In the event that you wish to cancel a ‘Confirmed’ order, you must do so before 2.pm the day before service was required by emailing care@brunchesonline.co.uk giving your full customer name, company name and your order number e.g. DC-0000235, and we will delete the order from the system.
Failure to follow the above cancelation process will result in the order being charged in full.

In the urgent case of an unforeseen late order, it may be possible for your Brunches to fulfil your order. Unfortunately, orders placed on the day of delivery will not be accepted after 10.00am.
Late Orders are not normal practice and may not be able to be fulfilled. To ensure your foodservice needs are met, please order in good time the day before service is required.
If you wish to make a Late Order, firstly go into your account and Save your order.
Then email care@brunchesonline.co.uk stating Late Order in the subject line and giving in the body of the email your Customer Name, Company Name, and your Order Reference used when saving (check your Saved Order account area for these details), you must also provide a purchase order number if your company uses them. You may also call the custmer care number 01908 262 610 if very urgent.
If a late order is possible, we will confirm to you by email that your late order has been accepted. We reserve the right to an item substitution policy on late orders. If the late order is not possible, remove it from your Saved Orders.

At Brunches, we make our food order and delivery services easy, efficient and affordable. So we can ensure we maintain the highest level of service for our customers, we ask for the following:
Deliveries will be subject to a minimum order of £20.00
Deliveries under £60 will carry a £3.50 delivery charge
Late orders may be subject to a £4.00 late order charge.
