How Do I Order Dining Delivered™

 
 
Ordering catering for your special occasion is quick and easy with Brunches. Simply customise your menu choices from our chefs selection and add them to the basket.

Then once saved and checked thoroughly to ensure you are happy with your menu selection, go to the checkout, confirm and pay for the order.

A Head Chef will then make arrangements to prepare for and deliver your selections in plenty of time on the day of the event. You may also email us with any specific delivery or location considerations you feel we should be aware of at care@brunchesonline.co.uk stating your order number.

Orders must be confirmed 7 days before your delivery date in order for our chefs to adequately plan and prepare. Our online ordering system accessible to customers can only accept orders within this timeframe.

Once you are happy with your customised menu selection, please make sure you ‘Save’ it. You can change it as many times as you like until you are ready to ‘Confirm’ it. You should only confirm orders when you are happy with your choices and are ready to book your Dining Delivered™.

Should you need to cancel your 'Saved Order', you may easily delete it via the web-site in the 'Saved Order' section. Once an order is confirmed it cannot be deleted without Brunches approval as this creates wastage in production planning.

What Types Of Cuisine Is Available? 

 

We offer two types of cuisine at Delivered Dining

Table-Ready Cuisine requires no finishing.
It is delivered chilled-off and ready-to-serve.

Oven-Ready Cuisine requires finishing.
It is delivered seasoned, garnished, chilled-off and
and oven-ready with timed finishing instructions.

What Types Of Services Are Available?


We offer two types of service at Delivered Dining.

Self-Service Table-Ready Cuisine
where we deliver the food on serving plates with utensils ready to self serve.

Help-Service Oven-Ready Cuisine
where we deliver the food on trays, ready to cook. Self help cooking if you have ovens at the event site, or by a chef ordered by you using Brunches 'Setup & Service' option if you do not have cooking equipment or simply want a higher level of service for that special occasion.

How Is My Cuisine Prepared? 

 

Leading up to your event, a Senior Chef will be specially assigned to oversee the production and preparation of cuisine for the Dining Delivered™ menu you have created.

Our experienced chefs work in our hygienic kitchens to create the most delicious cuisine freshly made for your event. We only use first rate ingredients and pride ourselves on offering a choice of seasonally developed menus.

How Does Setup & Service Work? 

Setup & Service is our full-service option, and can be ordered for any type of cuisine, and covers Chefs, Waiters and even Oven hire. Our staff will arrive at your special occasion fully equipped, whilst looking smart and professional.

They will deliver an excellent level of service to suit the occasion and will also remove and clean all service equipment and utensils when the event has finished.

The number of guests capable of being served by a Chef or Waiter is clearly shown in the Shop as in the following example.


Shop Item        1 x Senior Chef (4 Hours of Service) £100.00/serves 50

Description    1 Senior Chef can provide for up to 50 guests at a cost of £100 for 4 hours of service.

                          The Waiter/Chef services is part of the full-service option where you want that special
                          event to be a great success. Brunches will only supply the best staff we possibly can.

What Charges & Fees Are There?

 

The minimum order for Brunches Dining Delivered™ services is £250.00
A 7.5% mandatory service charge is applied to all orders.

Do You Accept Late Orders? 

 

Late Orders (orders within 7 days of the delivery) are not possible to process online. However if you have a late order request, this is the procedure.

1. Go into your account and create and 'Save' your order.
2. Contact Customer Care requesting a call-back to discuss your late order requirement by emailing care@brunchesonline.co.uk and your email must be marked urgent Dining Delivered™ Order in the subject line with a contact number and the reference used to ‘Save’ your order.
3. We will get back to you at our earliest.
4. If your late Dining Delivered™ order is possible we will convert your order to 'Confirm', but you will be required to go into your account and pay for it immediately.
5. If your saved late order is not possible we will delete it from your Saved Orders and inform you.

Please note that Late Dining Delivered™ orders will never be accepted the day before an event, and whilst we will do our best to meet your requirements precisely, Brunches reserves the right to a discretionary item substitution policy on late orders.

All late Dining Delivered™ orders will carry a Late Order Charge of 10% of the order value for every day over 7 days that you take to confirm your order, to cover associated production planning, service & administration costs.

How Do I Cancel My Order? 

 

In the exceptional circumstance that you have confirmed a Dining Delivered™ order and wish it to be canceled, you must do so 7 days before service is required by emailing care@brunchesonline.co.uk stating your full customer name, company name and your order number e.g. DC-0000235, and we will delete the order from the system.

If you do not see your order canceled from 'Confirmed Orders' in your Account Details 6 days before the order delivery date, you must call us on 01908 262 610 and choose 'Customer Care' where you should inform the staff member or leave a message stating clearly your Customer Name, Company Name and your Order Number e.g. DC-0000235.

Failure to follow the above cancelation process will result in the order being charged in full.

Any Other Important Information?

 

Allergies     
Recipes may change from time to time and therefore if you suffer from food allergies of any kind, you must enquire via email as to the ingredients list on any item you plan to order BEFORE the time of purchase.

Telephone Calls
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and staff development purposes.

Alcoholic Drinks
Alcohol can only be purchased by customers aged 18 and over.
