How do I start a LunchClub™?
Click on the link received if invited by a friend then complete registration form, or Select Registration at the top right hand corner of the Brunches website now select Office LunchClub™ as your Preferred Service, then complete the rest of the registration form. You have now created your own LunchClub™. Yes, it’s really that simple.

To send an invite, once logged in simply select the My LunchClub™ tab on the left panel and click on the Invite New Member button and enter their details.
You might want to check they received the email as filters may block it or send it to junk. If so, try a secondary email account.
If the email invitation does not work, simply give them the code to your LunchClub™ found in My LunchClub™ and refer them to this webpage to follow this procedure:
1) Use the Registration tab on the website.
2) Select LunchClub™ as the Preferred Service.
3) Click on Join Existing LunchClub™ button.
4) Enter the code you have given them.
Back To Top ^ Once you have created a LunchClub™, with a PAYG account you need to invite 10 members who firstly join your LunchClub™ and then top-up their account.Members will need to use the service regularly to keep an active account. You can see members top-up activity selecting My LunchClub™ section when logged in.
Back To Top ^ Can I Order Alone And Get Delivery?
Yes, it is possible for you to order lunch alone and have it delivered so long as the minimum order value is exceeded. However if less than 5 people regularly top-up, your account will be suspended for inactivity.

You will not need to be there, but a co-worker in your company or someone at the reception or security desk in your office building will need to be there to sign for it.
Back To Top ^ There is no minimum number of times you need to order but LunchClub™ does have a very low minimum order value total excl vat of £3.99 for this great delivered service.

Other members’ activity doe affect PAYG LunchClub™ in the following ways:
If less than 5 members top-up in a 25 days period, your LunchClub™ will be deactivated. To reactivate your LunchClub, you will need to have another 5 members top-up.
LunchClub™ is a service for those who benefit from the convenience and reliability of this unique delivered service, and LunchClub™ is only useful for regular ordering customers.
If members top-up regularly they will accumulate regular valuable bonuses and offer from time to time.
Back To Top ^ How Does The FREE £25 Invitation Credit Work?
PAYG account holders can revieve free credits. Once your friend clicks on the link sent by you, they will be able to register a new LunchClub™.
Once 10 members have joined the new LunchClub™ and topped-up, a FREE £25 CREDIT will automatically be applied to your friends account, and also to yours if yours is a PAYG account.
There is currently no limit at this time to the amount of FREE £25 CREDITS you can receive.
Back To Top ^ Once an order is ‘Confirmed’ you cannot cancel it online and so you must contact Customer Care.
In the event that you wish to cancel a ‘Confirmed’ order, you must do so before 2.pm the day before service was required by emailing
care@brunchesonline.com giving your full customer name, company name and your order number e.g. DC-0000235, and we will delete the order from the system and process a refund.
Failure to follow the above cancelation process will result in the order being charged in full.
Back To Top ^ You can cancel your membership at any time by simply emailing
care@brunchesonline.com from the email account you used to join and login requesting cancellation.
We will delete your account usually within 48hrs (or the same day if stipulated in the email) with any balances re-credited as soon as your bank or credit card applies the refund usually 3-5 days.
If you are changing jobs or leaving the company where your LunchClub™ is located then you may wish to give up membership. However you can always set up a LunchClub™ in your new company if service is available in that location..
It would help us to your reasons for cancellation. Remember there are no obligations to being a member, just benefits and rewards.
